We provide services that add value to our clients’ operations in the areas of:

Systems (such as MRP, ERP, CRP, JIT, LEAN), Profit Enhancement,
Supply Chain Management (SCM), Inventory Management, Training & Development.”We
strive to provide needed services to our clients. Our years of experience
provide us with a unique perspective of the similarities of clients’ situations
and the solutions or “services” that were provided to assist them.

There is a specific level of inventories
required for business, anything above this amount is costing the company
profits. We can reduce inventories to the required level without causing
shortages. We align the suppliers with the ability to provide service to
our clients without forcing them to increase costs. We smooth out the flow
and reduce production “lead times” to result in shorter cycle times from receipt
of order to shipment to customer.

above and in APICS’ courseware.
We are
licensed to teach APICS’ courseware; Basics of Supply Chain Management,
Master Planning of Resources, Detailed Scheduling & Planning, Strategic
Management of Resources, and Execution and Control of Operations. We also have a
variety of our Proprietary Training Courses to assist our clients. Introduction
to ERP, Materials Management, Inventory Management, Inventory Reduction, Master
Scheduling, Just-In-Time in US Manufacturing, and many others. We have the
ability to develop unique and / or customized training to accommodate the
clients’ needs.
