We have enclosed a short check off list for you.  We would also like to provide specific information on how much each of these is costing your organization.  The validation of the dollar amount(s) can come from your team.  This may assist in a decision to have us “fix” your system. 

(Q) “Why can’t our own people do this?” “Paying their wages must be less expensive than hiring a consulting firm, right?”

(A)  If your people could have done this, they would have.  Your employees are doing their full time jobs that they were hired for.   Most people that work for corporations have never been involved at the various levels and multiple areas necessary to realize the collateral impacts of the choices and changes.  These are the services we offer.  We can diagnose the problem area, go to it, and cause the correct change or implementation of new information.   We test the change to assure it is performing as needed.  We then follow up at collateral impact areas for validation.

       Several consulting firms charge twice what we do.   They may not be placing experienced personnel at your company.  We only use consultants experienced in these areas.   Most of them have over twelve years experience.   They go to the root source and begin changes, versus long assessments designed to burn billing time.  Due to this, you can expect to get results at less than half the cost of our competitors.

       While paying wages for employees may be less on the surface.  When the impact costs of the problems are compared over the time for employees to accomplish the work, and the level of success considered, using your own employees can cost much more than our services.
